My love for this shade of yellow may soon border on obsession. Apologies for the dire quality of the photos. I’m sure there is a way around it, or a decent editing programme, but dammit, I am not a born photographer!
The tee is a new arrival to New Look and was a present from my Becca. The cardigan is another example of what New Look has to offer for the Autumn/Winter and was the product of Sunday’s window shopping!
I hope everyone living in cities affected by the riots is managing to stay safe. I’d love to write something deep and profound but I just.don’t.get.it. Checking the news this morning they have now spread down to Bristol…but why? The world confuses me sometimes.

I love that yellow blouse. If you are going to obsess about a colour that’s a nice one. I like hot pink too. So sorry to hear that Flash hasn’t been feeling well. I know your “stalker cat” loves you so much. I hope you take care of yourself too. I do worry about you. Maybe It’s partly that I’ve put on weight and so everyone else looks skinny, but you do look painfully thin.
I watched BBC World News tonight and the reports on the riots and fires. I wondered if some of the looting was due to poverty and people not having hope. The fires look scary. Be safe, and best wishes for you, Flash, and for Britain.

The idiots in Bristol are just trying to be copy cats now. They’ve seen those in London doing it, and want some free stuff. There is no reason for it, I’m hoping it doesn’t get worse tonight as I’m meant to be going there tomorrow!

We lived in London for a year a few years ago and the atmosphere was tense even then… its awful whats happening.
That cardigan look so comfy I could see it being worn on a raining chilly day while inside reading. A little bit of a fantasy for me at the moment since my weather outside is over 100 degrees celcius but I can dream.
I truely hope you cat gets better soon. I know what its like to have pets who feel more like a relative than a pet.

Really rather like the mustard colour and the cardigan is gorgeous. For the clothing, roll on winter.
I use Picasa and Piknic which are both free, for my piccies. My only other suggestion would be a bit of fiddling with the settings (exposure?) on the camera.

I popped into New Look at lunch today and they have some gorgeous stuff for the autumn/winter. they have some gorgeous deep reds, they are lovely! The world feels like such a scary place at the moment.
