After years of searching, I think I’ve found *my* shade of yellow; Mustard. I saw this shirt in Primark a fair few weeks ago and after seeing it make appearances on a few blogs and seeing how versatile it was I regretted not snatching it up. My luck was in one evening when I won it BNWT on ebay for a mere 99p!
Shiny loafers. So bad, so good! Mum treated me to these Kate Kanzier shoes as a sensible option for when I do my blood taking training at work (starting in the next week or so!) I seem to have a soft spot for “ugly” shoes lately and these are a) so comfortable b) so versatile I really don’t care. I first discovered Kate Kanzier last year but have waited ages to finally pick a pair….I was surprised at how true to size they are and will heading there for my work shoe (and play shoe) needs in future!
I’m loving my House of Harlow 1960 ring. I’m still in shock at how affordable it was, temptation is to get it in gold, too!
How is it Friday again? Mad times. Only 4.5 hours at work today and then I’m heading to my grandparents to have lunch cooked for me, and to generally unwind for a bit.
Weekend plans involve sleeping (tomorrow) and seeing Best.Friend. on Sunday.
Other Best.Friend. Becca gave me the shock of my life yesterday when she turned up with pixie cropped (from shoulder length) hair dyed dark purple (she was blonde)…sounds drastic but she rocks it like no other!

Ooh, mustard does suit you really well; it works so well with your hair colour! I’ve been thinking about buying a pair of Kate Kanzier shoes for a while now, yours look so lovely (hurrah for ugly shoes!) that I might just have to invest… x

It’s a great colour top and a bargain price too! I have just brought some mustard trousers in the sale which I hope will do me for winter too. It is quite a versatile colour for most seasons.
Sensible shoes sound like the job for blood training, you wouldn’t want to be wobbling at any point! And they are far from ugly.

I do like that mustard colour, I got a bag from H&M today in much the similar colour. Saying that i’m not really a fan at all of yellow!

I’ve still not bought anything from Kate Kanzier! I’ve been meaning to get something ever since those gorgeous green brogues were on there a year or two ago. I’ve been too busy buying frivolous heels instead, tut tut.

I don’t really do yellow but yes I love this one too! I went shopping with a friend who is a real fashionista who worked for Vogue and she picked up a pair of trousers in this exact shade of yellow¬
