Dress and Tee: Both Ebay
Neon Vans: c/o Sarenza
Two of my favourite ebay purchases finally got worn together, I loved this outfit even though it wasn’t the most flattering around my middle. I’m also loving my less intense blogging schedule, it was starting to feel a little bit strained and I needed to take a step back,
now I’m doing it when it fits in with me and not the other way around I feel more positive about it again.
It’s been a pretty awesome but emotional week. Sunday marks the first anniversary of my Nan’s death and I can’t believe the time has gone so fast. I miss her so much, probably more than ever at the moment and I know the rest of my family do too. She was the most amazing woman and I wish she was here to see how much we have achieved.Β
On a happier note my cousin Soph gave birth to baby Noah on Wednesday after an immense 36 hours of labour…I can’t wait to go up and visit him. I’ve also spent quality time with friends, family and the boy this week and I’m spending the this evening and tomorrow with the boy too…at risk of sounding incredibly girly, he makes me so happy!
I’m off to see a man about my stupid foot, fingers crossed I get some answers at last!
I hope everyone else has had a good week- TGIF?

  7. There is definitely something to be said for blogging for you rather than others, which is what it can feel like if you have too many schedules and deadlines imposed.

  20. Pinafores are all the rage at the moment and that one is very flattering ans suits you x

  21. Mat

blogging’s meant to be fun so just do it as and when you want, if not it’s going to get heavy and the pressure will be on. it is tricky sometimes though

  22. PINAFORE! Yes, and LOVE the top underneath, a great combo.

36 hours of labour, eeek. That is something I don’t want to think about!

Have a lovely evening with the boy πŸ™‚

  23. Love this outfit and glad you have found the way to blog that suits you best. I always try and stick to only blogging as much as I find it enjoyable, if I put too much pressure on myself, I lose the reason I started blogging.

  24. You don’t realise how happy I am for you – I don’t think there is anything more confident boosting/uplifting than having a boy in your life. I know there’s lots of debate about what makes a person truly beautiful – but I have always firmly stood by the thought of feeling loved is to be happy, and truly confident in yourself.

The relaxed blogging schedule sounds like a positive step forward too. I am so so so proud of you Laura. You have always inspired me to be brave – and to never stop fighting.

Thinking of you today – your Nan would be so proud if she could see you now xxx

  25. Love this outfit, you got a love a bit of Batman xxx

  26. I’m loving anything dungaree style right now, this looks lovely!
