8am starts make it even less likely that I’ll catch decent enough light for semi-ok outfit photos…seriously Spring, hurry up and get here so I’m not prancing around in the half light, and looking over my shoulder as I walk to work. I think this is what I wore on Monday; it’s been a long week!
Yesterday I did my first proper session taking people’s blood at work, I admit, it’s a strange thing to love doing…but love it I do and it’s something I’ve wanted to do ever since I started my job.

If you love taking blood, you’re probably good at it. I get the feeling that the last person who took mine hated here job- 6 attempts and no blood later I was not feeling so good…

I would be one of those nightmare patients you get once a day that takes forever to draw blood. I’ve frustrated many a Dr and nurse in the attempt! So much they have to do the blood taking from my hand it’s that bad! My veins are too scared to show!

Well done, I could never do blood samples, I hate having them taken so much! I think it’s great that you love your job 🙂 I do too (most days!) and it does make getting out of bed a lot easier!
