Another Wishlist

Perhaps I ought to name Mondays as “Material-days” as they seem to be when my wishlists are at their worst…right now I’m blaming having a birthday fast approaching and people moaning that I don’t want anything…well folks…now you can shush your moaning!

These shoes are Linzi Shoes are pastel perfection…
It’s kind of cheating to list this necklace from Nelly.com as I succumbed already and bought it!
Oh Motel Rocks, I’ve tweeted these shorts enough times lately…I need them…they are Daisy printed after all.
And finally…Nails Inc…my love for them grows stronger by the week, and their latest offering of fishnet effect magnetic polish has my lust-o-meter going off the scale!

There’s probably 1000 other things that have taken my fancy too, I’m hopeless at book marking things!

Either way,
I’m still yet to get excited about my Birthday, and don’t really know what I want/care if I get anything…but it did make a good excuse for a post 😉

What are you loving right now?

Sarenza A-Z: N is for Nike

I’m not a sporty girl, not anymore…and yet when it came to picking a brand for this week’s Sarenza post, Nike was the first to come to mind. Hi-tops are having a moment and Nike have it nailed (I also couldn’t resist some floral) and so I bring you week “N” of the A-Z and the shoes I’ve secretly coveted for quite some time.

These Women’s air force 1 are probably the most obvious choice from me…it’s no secret that I love anything even vaguely floral,
however, I think the flowers have been trumped by the dunk high ’08 in either the pink colourway or the grain/grain version.

As a girl who used to wear nothing BUT trainers, as much as I love these I really can’t see me getting the wear out of the now, but what I do know is that you get what you pay for, and as far as statement shoes go, these are a bargain, all at under £100 a pair.

Are you a sports shoe fan? Or does it bring back memories of tragic fashion times?

cat lady

When I saw this Cat Print Top* on a visit to Asda last Saturday, I couldn’t leave without it. Getting Mae restarted the crazy cat lady side of me, and suddenly I had to own all things kitty. Yesterday I wore it with my ever faithful Zara denim midi skirt and a pair of Georgia Rose boots c/o Sarenza (and finished it off with a cat necklace from Sarah at Benita Blue)

This weekend is turning out to be quite the reprive from the chaos of last week (I have never known a week like it) and touch wood, next week should be a little calmer! I’ll leave you with more photos of our little madame, she’s turning in to quite the Diva, and despite our best efforts in getting her ready to go outside, she just will not wear her collar no matter how many pretty varities with varying degrees of volume bell we buy her!

Any tips for getting her to keep her collar on?
How is your weekend turning out? Are there any animals that if you see on clothes or accessories, you just HAVE to buy?

Daisy Chain Dreaming: Harem Royal Screwpulous Jewellery

Clearly having a jewellery moment right now as there have been more jewellery than shoe posts this week! I am floored by the craftmanship in these amazing pieces by Harem Royal Screwpulous Jewellery, showcasing the juxtaposition between contrasting elements.

The collection is entirely hand-crafted and made from a mixture of metals; mainly copper with a variety of finishes from the finest 24 karat gold plate to various forms of cupric patina and features some delicate yet fierce pieces.

The entire collection is available to buy at the Harem Royal Etsy Page where prices (which I found reasonable before this revelation) are 15% off until the 21st!
What’s your favourite piece from the shop? For me, I think it’s the butterfly necklace at the bottom of the images I’ve shared!
Have a wonderful Saturday

Blue Bird

Jumper; Next, Bird Print Skirt New Look, Tights; Pretty Polly, Shoes; Noe c/o Sarenza

These shoes are such a beautiful shade of blue, I just love them! And this skirt…well, the second I saw it in my local New Look I had to have it…it was a bargain at £16.99 (minus another 25% thanks to a voucher) and although this was a bit casual for work today, it fitted the bill.

Thank heavens it’s Friday, that’s all I can say! I’m exhausted. One way or another it has been a chaotic week, but I’ve survived and fingers crossed/touch wood/any other cliche things will be much calmer come Monday!

How are you planning on spending your weekend? I’ll be playing with Mae, visiting my Nan and catching up with friends.
